1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- The item must not be part of any non-returnable category (see section 5)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at selectivetrendz@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective)
- Once approved, our team will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the self-return process
- After we receive the item and inspect it, a refund or exchange will be processed as applicable
3. Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days after return approval
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit, as chosen by the customer
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged item
4. Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange for size or color (if available) within 7 days of receiving the product
- Exchanges are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection
- If a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit based on your preference
5. Non-returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
- Products like innerwear, personal care, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive items
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or alterations made after delivery
- Custom-made or personalized products
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In rare cases where you receive a wrong or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after review and approval
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing (if not already shipped)
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the above policy
8. Important Notes
- Returns or refunds may be delayed or declined if the product fails the quality check
- Any promotional items or free gifts received with your order must be returned along with the product
- Affiliate purchases must follow this same policy, unless otherwise specified by the affiliate promotion
